When I take the course tests, can I go back to the course for help on questions?
No, the course access is blocked after a user starts a test. Our suggestion is for all Users to take detailed notes when going through a course. Those notes are very helpful when taking the tests.

What happens when a user fails a course Test?
When a user fails a test, the user can retake the Test 2 more times. If the user fails to pass the test in those additional opportunities, the user must re-enroll in the course.

Once I enroll in a course, is there a time limit to complete that course?
No. However, after no activity for 45-Days by the user, the user’s account becomes “Inactive”. If the user tries to access the course, and is informed that the account is “Inactive”, the user must contact [email protected] and request the account be reactivated.
